The invention relates to a riding wheel device which comprises a supporting base, a guide shaft is arranged in the supporting base, the guide shaft is sleeved with a buffer elastic piece, the lower end of the buffer elastic piece is connected with the bottom of the supporting base, and a riding wheel supporting frame is arranged at the upper end of the buffer elastic piece. The riding wheel supporting frame can slide up and down in the supporting base along the guide shaft, and a riding wheel assembly is arranged on the riding wheel supporting frame. The device is simple in structure, high inreliability and excellent in impact resistance and shock absorption performance, and the rigidity and stability of the whole equipment system can be effectively guaranteed.
