The invention provides an adjustable bulldozer anti-abrasion riding wheel device belongs to the technical field of auxiliary equipment of bulldozers. The device comprises a supporting shaft, the outerwall of the supporting shaft is sleeved with two sets of riding wheels and two sets of bearings, the two sets of bearings are located on the outer sides of the two sets of riding wheels, and the outer sides of the bearings are sleeved with annular connecting blocks; when different caterpillar bands are adjusted, tightening screws need to be screwed out of the supporting shaft, and then the ridingwheels slide to change the distance between the two sets of sliding wheels; after the two sets of riding wheels adapt to the widths of the caterpillar bands, the tightening screws are screwed into mounting holes to fix the riding wheels, and the situation that abrasion of the caterpillar bands is increased due to misoperation of the riding wheels is avoided. The height of the supporting shaft canbe changed only by starting a hydraulic lifting rod, so that the tightness of caterpillar bands is adjusted by changing the height of the caterpillar bands jacked by the supporting shaft, and as auxiliary connecting rings are connected with the riding wheels in a threaded mode, the auxiliary connecting rings are generally not damaged when the riding wheels are seriously abraded; the auxiliary connecting rings can be taken down to replace the riding wheels, so that the cost is saved.

    本发明公开了推土机辅助设备技术领域的一种可调节式的推土机防磨损托轮装置,包括支撑轴,所述支撑轴外壁套接有两组托轮和两组轴承,且所述两组轴承位于两组托轮外侧,所述轴承外侧套接有环状连接块,在对不同的履带进行调节时,需要将旋紧螺丝旋出支撑轴,然后滑动托轮改变两组托轮之间的距离,在两组托轮适应履带的宽度后,将旋紧螺丝旋入安装孔内将托轮固定,避免托轮误动增大对履带的磨损,只需要启动液压升降杆即可对支撑轴的高度进行改变,从而改变支撑轴顶起履带的高度实现对履带松紧度进行调节,由于辅助连接环通过螺纹方式与托轮连接,在托轮磨损严重时辅助连接环一般不会破损,可取下辅助连接环对托轮进行更换,节约成本。
