The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle accessories, and discloses a locking mechanism for a through passage. The locking mechanism comprises a butt joint frame, a lock rod connectingblock and a lock handle, the lock handle comprises a handle part, a lock middle section and a lock head part, the butt joint frame is provided with a handle seat at the tail end of the lock head part,and the lock head part is connected with a handle seat revolute pair; a limiting seat is arranged at the position, corresponding to the lock middle section, of the butt joint frame, a hole is formedin the limiting seat, and a locking piece matched with the hole in the limiting seat is installed on the lock middle section; the lock head part is further connected with a connecting piece through arevolute pair, a sliding groove allowing the lock rod connecting block to extend out is formed in the butt joint frame, and the other end of the connecting piece is connected with the lock rod connecting block revolute pair. All revolute pairs of the locking mechanism are flexible and reliable in movement, no movement dead point exists, structure self-locking of the locking mechanism can be achieved at the relative position, in addition, mechanical self-locking of the locking piece and the limiting base in a matched mode is additionally arranged, self-locking of the locking mechanism is reliable, and the vehicle operation safety is guaranteed while rapid coupling and decoupling of the butt joint type through channel are achieved.

    本发明涉及车辆配件技术领域,公开一种贯通道用锁闭机构,包括对接框、锁杆连接块和锁把手,锁把手包括把手部、锁中段和锁头部,对接框在锁头部末端处设置把手座,锁头部与把手座转动副连接;对接框在锁中段对应位置处设置限位座,限位座上开设有孔,锁中段上安装有与限位座上孔相配合的锁紧件;锁头部还转动副连接有一连接件,对接框上设有供锁杆连接块伸出的滑槽,连接件另一端与锁杆连接块转动副连接。锁闭机构各转动副运动灵活可靠,不存在运动死点,且在相对位置可实现锁闭机构的结构自锁,另外还增设了锁紧件与限位座配合作用的机械自锁,使锁闭机构自锁可靠,在实现对接式贯通道的快速连挂和解编的同时保证车辆运行安全。
