The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicles, and particularly relates to a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is used for locking a battery pack on a vehicle beam so as to ensure that the battery pack is stably connected with a vehicle body in the moving process of a vehicle. The locking mechanism comprises a fixing seat and a locking piece, the fixing seat is arranged on the vehicle beam, a locking hole and an anti-reverse-rotation locking surface are arranged on the fixing seat, the locking piece is fixedly arranged on the battery pack, the locking piece comprises a pivoting part and a locking part, the locking part can penetrate through the locking hole and rotate along the anti-reverse-rotation locking surface to a locking state and an anti-reverse-rotation state, and the battery is locked on the vehicle beam. When the battery pack is locked, the locking part can be lapped on the anti-reverse-rotation locking surface so that the situation that the battery pack automatically rotates, slides off and retreats due to vibration in the running process of the vehicle is avoided, resistance is provided for rotation of the locking piece, the locking stability of the battery pack is improved, and stable support can be provided for locking and fixing of the battery pack. Meanwhile, the structure is simple, convenience is brought to an operator, and locking and unlocking are convenient and fast.

    本发明涉及电动汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种锁止机构。该锁止机构用于将电池包锁止在车梁上,以保证在汽车运动过程中电池包与车身保持稳定连接。该锁止机构包括固定座以及锁止件,固定座设置在车梁上,固定座上设有锁止孔以及防反转锁紧面,锁止件固定设置在电池包上,锁止件包括枢转部和锁紧部,锁紧部能够穿过锁止孔并沿防反转锁紧面转动至锁紧及防反转状态,使电池锁止在车梁上。锁止电池包时,锁紧部能够搭设在防反转锁紧面上,避免在汽车运行过程中由于振动而自动回转滑落退出,为锁止件回转提供阻力,提高电池包锁止的稳定性,且能够为电池包锁止固定提供稳定支撑。同时,该结构简单,操作者便捷,且锁止和解锁便捷快速。
