This flight vehicle (100) has: a plurality of propellers (2); a plurality of motors (3) for driving the respective propellers (2); a device body (20) comprising a control device (21) for controlling the motors (3), and a wireless device (23) for transmitting and/or receiving signals; a cargo container (40) for housing cargo; and a float (11). When the flight vehicle (100) is placed on water, the water level would at least not reach the height of the wireless device (23) due to the buoyance force of the float (11) and a buoyance force proportional to the inner volume of the cargo container (40).
