The invention relates to a hybrid drive system comprising a combustion engine (11a; 11b; 11c; 11d) having a crankshaft (12a; 12b; 12c; 12d); an electrical drive unit (13a; 13b; 13c; 13d) having an electric machine (14a; 14b; 14c; 14d) with a rotor (15a; 15b; 15c; 15d) and a stator (16a; 16b; 16c; 16d); a spur gear transmission (17a; 17b; 17c; 17d) having a first input shaft (18a; 18b; 18c; 18d), afirst countershaft (19a; 19b; 19c; 19d) and an output (V3a; V3b; V3c; V3d); a planetary transmission (20a; 20b; 20c; 20d) having a second input shaft (21a; 21b; 21c; 21d) and an output shaft (22a; 22b; 22c; 22d); and an axle transmission (23a; 23b; 23c; 23d); wherein the crankshaft (12a; 12b; 12c; 12d) of the combustion engine (11a; 11b; 11c; 11d) is/can be coupled to the first input shaft (18a;18b; 18c; 18d) in a rotationally fixed manner, wherein the electrical drive unit (13a; 13b; 13c; 13d) has a spur gear pairing (V4a; V4b; V4c; V4d) via which the rotor (V4a; V4b; V4c; V4d15a; 15b; 15c;15d) of the electric machine (14a; 14b; 14c; 14d) can be coupled to the second input shaft (21a; 21b; 21c; 21d) of the planetary transmission (20a; 20b; 20c; 20d), wherein the spur gear transmission(17a; 17b; 17c; 17d) has exactly two shiftable spur gear pairings (V1a, V2a; V1b, V2b; V1c, V2c; V1d, V2d) before the output (V3a; V3b; V3c; V3d) in relation to a first torque flow oriented directed from the combustion engine (11a; 11b; 11c; 11d) to the axle transmission (23a; 23b; 23c; 23d), and wherein a first planetary gear set (P1a, P1b, P1c, P1d) of the planetary transmission (20a; 20b; 20c;20d) is arranged coaxially relative to side shafts (27a; 28a; 27b; 28b; 27c; 28c; 27d; 28d) of the axle transmission (23a; 23b; 23c; 23d).
