The invention discloses a multi-source data fusion urban expressway traffic state estimation method, and belongs to the field of traffic control and management. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring flow and speed data detected by an expressway detector, preprocessing the flow and speed data, and performing space-time fusion matching on multi-source data by using an ArcGIS platform; establishing a travel speed estimation model according to the flow data; standardizing the data, and performing weighted clustering analysis on the data by determining flow and speed weights; establishing a congestion probability model; and predicting the traffic state of the acquired real-time data according to weighted clustering and congestion probability.

    本发明公开了一种多源数据融合的城市快速路交通状态估计方法,属于交通控制与管理领域,首先采集快速路检测器检测到的流量和速度数据,并进行预处理,用ArcGIS平台,对多源数据进行时空融合匹配;然后,根据流量数据建立行程车速估计模型;其次,将数据标准化处理,通过确定流量和速度权重,对数据进行加权聚类分析;再次,建立拥堵概率模型;最后,采集到的实时数据根据加权聚类和拥堵概率预测交通状态。
