The invention discloses a flaw detection device, which is characterized in that a bearing frame is arranged on a mounting frame, and a translation plate is movably mounted on the bearing frame. One end of the transverse adjusting mechanism is installed on the bearing frame, the other end of the transverse adjusting mechanism is connected to the translation plate, and the translation plate can transversely move on the bearing frame under pushing of the transverse adjusting mechanism. The flaw detection sensor is installed on the sensor installation unit, and the sensor installation unit is suspended on the translation plate. One end of the lifting mechanism is mounted on the translation plate; and the other end of the lifting mechanism is connected to the sensor mounting unit. One end of the inclination angle adjusting mechanism is connected with the bearing frame, and the other end of the inclination angle adjusting mechanism is connected to the mounting frame.The included angle between the bearing frame and the steel rail horizontal plane is adjusted through stretching of the inclination angle adjusting mechanism. Centering adjustment of the flaw detection sensor is achieved through the transverse adjusting mechanism, and lifting and pressing of the flaw detection sensor are achieved through the lifting mechanism. The technical problems that an existing flaw detection device cannot adjust the angle between the detection wheel and the cross section of the steel rail and cannot adapt to rail bottom slope changes of different line rails can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种探伤装置,承载框架设置于安装框架上,平移板可活动地安装于承载框架上。横向调节机构一端安装于承载框架,另一端连接于平移板,平移板能在横向调节机构推动下在承载框架上沿横向移动。探伤传感器安装于传感器安装单元,传感器安装单元悬挂安装于平移板。升降机构一端安装于平移板,另一端连接至传感器安装单元。倾角调节机构一端与承载框架连接,另一端连接至安装框架,通过倾角调节机构的伸缩调节承载框架与钢轨水平面的夹角。通过横向调节机构实现探伤传感器对中调节,通过升降机构实现探伤传感器升降和下压。本发明能解决现有探伤装置不能调节探轮与钢轨横断面之间的角度,无法适应不同线路轨道轨底坡变化的技术问题。
