The invention discloses a railway track flaw detection device which comprises a vehicle body, wheels are coupled to the bottom of the vehicle body through a wheel frame, a supporting frame is fixed tothe wheel frame, plate springs are fixed to the top and the bottom of the supporting frame respectively, two sleeves are symmetrically fixed to the bottom of the supporting frame, and first springs are mounted at the bottoms of the sleeves. The top of each first spring is connected to one end of a corresponding first connecting rod, the other end of each first connecting rod is hinged to one endof a corresponding second connecting rod, the other end of each second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the bottom of a corresponding buffer oil cylinder, a supporting rod is coupled to the middle of each second connecting rod, and the bottom of each supporting rod is fixed on the support frame; piston ends of the two buffer oil cylinders are jointly hinged to a third connecting rod, a limiting sleeve is fixed to each plate spring, two ends of the third connecting rod are slidably sleeved in the limiting sleeves respectively, a contact switch is mounted at the bottom of each limiting sleeve, and a wheel type ultrasonic probe is mounted on the side face of the third connecting rod through a probe connecting shaft. The defects in the prior art can be overcome, and the detection result of automatic flaw detection is improved.

    本发明公开了一种铁路轨道探伤装置,包括车体,车体底部通过车轮架轴接有车轮,所述车轮架上固定有支撑架,支撑架的顶部和底部分别固定有板簧,支撑架的底部对称固定有两个套筒,套筒的底部安装有第一弹簧,第一弹簧的顶部连接至第一连杆的一端,第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆的一端铰接,第二连杆的另一端与缓冲油缸的底部固定连接,第二连杆中间位置轴接有支撑杆,支撑杆的底部固定在支撑架上,两个缓冲油缸的活塞端共同铰接在第三连杆上,板簧上固定有限位套,第三连杆的两端分别滑动套接在限位套内,限位套的底部安装有触点开关,第三连杆侧面通过探头连接轴安装有轮式超声探头。本发明能够改进现有技术的不足,提高自动探伤的检测结果。
