The invention discloses a power system of a hydrogen energy power supply magnetic levitation trolley and a control method thereof. The power system comprises a track and a trolley main body, the trolley main body is located at the upper end of the track, protective side plates are arranged on the outer ring wall and the inner ring wall of the track, the trolley main body is located between the twosets of protective side plates. Guiding wheels are arranged on the two sides of the trolley body and make contact with the protective side plates, a driving permanent magnet is installed in the middle of the upper surface of the rail, suspension magnets are arranged on the opposite sides of the two sets of protective side plates, and neodymium iron boron magnets opposite to the suspension magnetsin polarity are arranged on the trolley body. And a hydrogen energy fuel cell is arranged on the trolley main body to supply power to the trolley. The excitation coil is arranged on the trolley, thedriving permanent magnets which are arranged at certain intervals and have mutually staggered magnetic polarities are arranged in the middle of the track, and the programmable STM32 processor is usedfor controlling the interaction between the excitation coil and the track driving permanent magnets to generate a driving force of 'front attraction and rear repulsion', so that demonstruction effectssuch as advancing, retreating, braking, accelerating, decelerating and obstacle avoiding are realized.

    本发明公开了一种氢能供电磁悬浮小车的动力系统及其控制方法,包括轨道和小车主体,所述小车主体位于轨道上端,所述轨道的外环壁和内环壁上均设有保护侧板,所述小车主体位于两组所述保护侧板之间,所述小车主体两侧均设有导向轮,所述导向轮与保护侧板接触,所述轨道上表面中部安装有驱动永磁铁,两组所述保护侧板相对的一侧均设有悬浮磁铁,所述小车主体上设有与悬浮磁铁极性相反的钕铁硼磁铁。所述小车主体上设有氢能燃料电池为小车供电。本发明通过在小车上设置励磁线圈,并在轨道中间安装一定间距和磁极性相互交错排列的驱动永磁铁,利用可编程STM32处理器控制励磁线圈与轨道驱动永磁铁之间相互作用产生“前吸后斥”的驱动力,实现前进、后退、刹车、加速和减速,避障等演示效果。
