The invention discloses a transport trolley for a magnetic levitation workshop. The transport trolley comprises a trolley frame, a trolley box arranged at the top of the trolley frame, magnetic induction assemblies arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the trolley frame, guide brushes surrounding the magnetic induction assemblies, spherical tires arranged in the guide brushes in a suspended mode, and a control assembly controlling the spherical tires to rotate along the ground. Each magnetic induction assembly comprises a power supply, a first coil electrically connected with the power supply and a disc sleeved with the first coil, and the disc is fixed to the bottom of the trolley frame to form a first magnetic field right facing the ground. The guide brushes face the ground to formspherical concave spaces for sleeving the spherical tires. Each spherical tire comprises an outer spherical shell, an inner spherical shell arranged at the sphere center of the outer spherical shell,and an elastic rod connecting the outer spherical shell and the inner spherical shell. A rechargeable battery, a second coil electrically connected with the rechargeable battery, a position sensor anda reversing chip are embedded in each inner spherical shell. The second coils generate a second magnetic field, the reversing chips enable the second magnetic field to be always the same with the first magnetic field in magnetic pole, and therefore, the spherical tires are suspended in the spherical concave spaces and abut against the ground.

    本发明公开一种磁悬浮车间运输小车,包括车架、设置于车架顶部的车箱、设置于车架底部四周的磁感组件、围设磁感组件的导向刷、悬浮设置于导向刷内的球形轮胎,和控制球形轮胎沿地面旋转的控制组件,磁感组件包括电源、电连接电源的第一线圈和套设第一线圈的圆盘,圆盘固定于车架的底部以形成正对地面的第一磁场;导向刷面对地面设置以形成套装球形轮胎的球凹空间;球形轮胎包括外球壳、设置于外球壳球心位置的内球壳、连接外球壳与内球壳的弹性杆,内球壳内嵌装有充电电池、电连接充电电池的第二线圈、位置传感器和换向芯片,第二线圈产生第二磁场,换向芯片使第二磁场始终与第一磁场的磁极相同,故球形轮胎悬浮于球凹空间内并抵接地面。
