The invention discloses a road vehicle control method and control device. The method comprises the following steps: receiving collision strength and current position information of a collision sensoracquired by a faulty vehicle; judging whether the collision strength reaches a first threshold value or not; when the collision strength reaches a first threshold value, obtaining a communication address of a signal lamp at a preset distance according to the current geographical position information, receiving the communication address of a display screen by an outdoor message, and generating first early warning information and second early warning information according to the collision strength; and sending the first early warning information to the corresponding signal lamp according to thecommunication address of the signal lamp, and sending the second early warning information to the corresponding outdoor message receiving display screen according to the communication address of the outdoor message receiving display screen. By the adoption of the method, information can be sent out in time after the vehicle has an accident, and rescue time is increased.

    本发明公开了一种道路车辆控制方法及控制装置,所述方法包括接收故障车辆所采集的碰撞传感器的碰撞力度以及当前位置信息;判断所述碰撞力度是否达到第一阈值;当所述碰撞力度达到第一阈值时,则根据所述当前地理位置信息获取预设距离的信号灯的通信地址、室外报文接收显示屏的通信地址,并根据所述碰撞力度生成第一预警信息和第二预警信息;根据所述信号灯的通信地址向对应的信号灯发送所述第一预警信息,根据室外报文接收显示屏的通信地址向对应的室外报文接收显示屏发送所述第二预警信息。采用所述方法能够在车辆发送事故后,及时发出信息,增加救援时间。
