The invention relates to a vehicle detection method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: predicting a first moment when a first front wheel ofa vehicle passes through an obstacle; predicting a second moment when a second front wheel of the vehicle passes the obstacle; and detecting whether the first front wheel and the second front wheel pass through the obstacle at the same time according to the first moment and the second moment. Whether the first front wheel and the second front wheel of the vehicle can simultaneously pass through obstacles is detected so as to control the running track of the vehicle, it is guaranteed that impact force borne by the obstacles on the first front wheel and the second front wheel of the vehicle isbalanced, vehicle damage frequency is reduced, driver driving behaviors are standardized, and driving safety is improved.
