The invention provides a novel winding drum device for hoisting equipment. The device comprises a support, two supporting plates are fixed to the top of the support, a winding drum is rotatably connected between the two supporting plates, a sliding rod is further fixed between the two supporting plates, and the sliding rod is located at one side of the winding drum. A sliding sleeve capable of rotating relative to the sliding rod is connected to the sliding rod in a sliding manner, the surface of the sliding sleeve shrinks in a conical manner from the two ends to the middle in the circumferential direction, and spirally-arranged steel wire rope partition plates are further fixed to the surface of the winding drum. A rope passing space allowing a steel wire rope to penetrate through is formed in a space between a gap between the steel wire rope partition plates and the surface of the sliding sleeve. When the steel wire rope is wound and released through the winding drum, the sliding sleeve plays a role in carding the steel wire rope, it is guaranteed that the steel wire rope is evenly wound between the steel wire rope partition plates on the winding drum, the loosening and mess phenomenon is avoided, and the phenomenon that the steel wire rope is prone to damage due to larger friction force between every two adjacent sections of steel wire rope wound on the winding drum is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种起重设备用的新型卷筒装置,包括支架,所述支架顶部固定有两个支撑板,所述两个支撑板之间转动连接有卷筒,所述两个支撑板之间还固定有滑杆,所述滑杆位于所述卷筒一侧,且所述滑杆上滑动连接有可相对所述滑杆转动的滑套,所述滑套表面沿周向自两端向中间锥形收缩,所述卷筒表面还固定有螺旋设置的钢丝绳隔板,所述钢丝绳隔板之间的空隙与所述滑套表面之间的空间形成容许钢丝绳穿过的过绳空间。本发明通过卷筒在收卷和释放钢丝绳时,滑套起到对钢丝绳梳理的作用,保证钢丝绳在卷筒上的钢丝绳隔板之间均匀缠绕,不至于出现松散凌乱现象,避免出现相邻两段卷绕在卷筒上的钢丝绳之间摩擦力较大、容易损坏钢丝绳的现象。
