The invention relates to a truss type automatic transferring device, and belongs to the technical field of goods transferring and conveying equipment. Longitudinal rails are fixed above door frames onthe two sides of a truss of the device respectively; the two longitudinal rails and the two ends of a transverse moving mechanism form moving pairs respectively; the transverse moving mechanism and an upper mounting plate of a shear fork mechanism form a rotating pair through a sliding block; a lower mounting plate of the shear fork mechanism is connected with a bottom supporting plate lifting mechanism; the bottom supporting plate lifting mechanism comprises a rotating bottom plate with a suction cup on the lower surface; one side of the rotating bottom plate is fixedly connected with a vertical column; the vertical column and a lifting column with the bottom supporting plate installed at the lower end form a sliding pair; and the lower mounting plate and the rotating bottom plate form avertically constrained rotating pair. The truss type automatic transferring device provided by the invention is formed by completely superposing and combining planar mechanisms, so that the device iseconomical in cost, stable and reliable; and the maximum lifting height of the goods depends on the sum of the strokes of the rotary bottom plate lifting mechanism and the shear fork mechanism, the vertical space is fully utilized, and the goods can be transferred and stacked according to needs, so that ideal adaptability is achieved, and the application range is wider.

    本发明涉及一种桁架式自动移载装置,属于货物转移输送设备技术领域。该装置的桁架两侧门框上方分别固定纵向轨道,两纵向轨道分别与横移机构两端构成移动副,横移机构通过滑块与剪叉机构的上安装板构成转动副,剪叉机构的下安装板与底托板升降机构联接;底托板升降机构包括下表面具有吸盘的旋转底板,旋转底板的一侧固连垂向柱,垂向柱与下端安装底托板的升降柱构成移动副;下安装板与旋转底板构成垂向约束的旋转副。本发明完全由平面机构叠加组合而成,因此成本经济,稳定可靠;并且货物的最大提升高度取决于旋转底板升降机构与剪叉机构行程之和,充分利用了垂向空间,货物可以按需转位码放,因而具有理想的适应性,应用范围更广。
