The invention discloses an intelligent driving steer-by-wire chassis and a control method thereof. In a steer-by-wire system, a power-assisted motor is added to replace a traditional whole vehicle steering wheel, automatic driving is achieved, and meanwhile a steering power-assisted pump is added to the steer-by-wire system to assist a steering column in driving a steering gear to operate; burnoutof a steering fuse or a steering motor caused by single-wire steering is avoided; in the brake-by-wire system, a plunger pump is added to replace a traditional foot-operated brake pedal, the plungerpump is connected to a brake assembly through an oil pipe, the plunger pump controls the oil pressure in the oil pipe to achieve control over the brake assembly, and meanwhile a pressure sensor arranged on the oil pipe can feed back the brake pressure of a current whole vehicle in real time, the VCU accurately controls the braking of the whole vehicle according to the target braking pressure and the current braking pressure of the whole vehicle; in the electronic parking system, the parking electronic control unit parks or starts the whole vehicle according to the parking command sent by the VCU, so that the running safety of the whole vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种智能驾驶线控底盘及其控制方法,在线控转向系统中,添加助力电动机,替代了传统的整车方向盘,实现自动驾驶,同时在线控转向系统中添加转向助力泵,协助转向管柱带动转向器运转,避免单线控转向引起的转向保险丝或转向电机烧坏;在线控制动系统中,添加柱塞泵,替代了传统的脚踩制动踏板,柱塞泵通过油管连接至制动器总成,柱塞泵控制油管内的油压,实现对制动器总成的控制,同时油管上设置的压力传感器能够实时反馈当前整车的制动压力,VCU根据目标制动压力和当前整车制动压力,对整车制动进行精准控制;在电子驻车系统中,驻车电子控制单元根据VCU发送的驻车命令,对整车进行驻车或启动,保障了整车运行的安全。
