The invention discloses an automobile suspension system based on cast aluminum alloy, which comprises a front bracket and a transverse stabilizer bar, the front bracket is fixedly connected with the transverse stabilizer bar, a first damping part, a second damping part, a first connecting part and a second connecting part are arranged on the front bracket, the first damping part is movably connected with the first connecting part, the first damping part and the first connecting part are fixedly connected with the front bracket, the second damping part and the second connecting part are movablyconnected, and the second damping part and the second connecting part are fixedly connected with the front bracket; by the adoption of the scheme, research and practice in recent years prove that thealuminum alloy replaces ductile iron to manufacture the control arm, the performance requirement of the control arm can be guaranteed, the requirement for light weight is met, the control arm has therising trend especially in the application aspect of cars, and the aluminum alloy replaces steel, so that the traffic and transportation field is light in weight; the high-strength and high-toughnesscast aluminum alloy is demonstrated and applied to a steering knuckle and a control arm of an automotive suspension system.
