The invention discloses an automobile transmission mechanism based on the cast aluminum alloy. The mechanism comprises an axle housing and a transmission shaft, a circular concave hole is formed in the middle of the axle housing, a first brake part and a second brake part are arranged on the two sides of the axle housing respectively, the first brake part and the second brake part are movably connected with the axle housing, and a main speed reducer part is arranged in the circular concave hole. The main speed reducer part is fixedly connected with the circular concave hole, a connecting partis arranged at the end, away from the axle housing, of the main speed reducer part, the connecting part is fixedly connected with the main speed reducer part, and the connecting part is fixedly connected with the transmission shaft; by the adoption of the scheme, research and practice in recent years prove that aluminum alloy replaces ductile iron to manufacture the speed changer, the transmissionshaft and the drive axle, the performance requirement of the speed changer, the transmission shaft and the drive axle can be guaranteed, the requirement for light weight is met, particularly, the obvious rising trend is shown in the application aspect of cars, and light weight is achieved in the fields of automobiles and transportation by replacing steel with aluminum.

    本发明公开了一种基于铸造铝合金的汽车传动机构,包括桥壳和传动轴,所述桥壳中间部分设有圆形凹孔,桥壳两侧分别设有第一制动部和第二制动部,第一制动部和第二制动部与桥壳之间均为活动连接,圆形凹孔内设有主减速器部,主减速器部与圆形凹孔之间固定连接,主减速器部远离桥壳的一端设有连接部,连接部与主减速器部之间固定连接,连接部与所述传动轴之间固定连接;采用本发明方案,近年来的研究和实践证明,铝合金代替球铁制造变速器、传动轴、驱动桥,既能保证其性能要求,同时满足了轻量化的要求,尤其是在轿车的应用方面呈现明显上升趋势,“以铝代钢”使得汽车和交通运输领域轻量化。
