The invention discloses an expressway unmanned traffic police vehicle robot system which comprises a route planning module, an automatic driving module, a wireless charging and electric quantity management module, a patrol evidence obtaining module, a man-machine interaction module and a remote monitoring module. Unmanned driving, intelligent AI, the Internet of Vehicles and wireless charging arecombined, and the 7 x 24 h unmanned patrol traffic police vehicle robot is provided. The problems that an unmanned aerial vehicle is insufficient in patrol cruising ability, insufficient in warning propaganda, no accident handling ability, insufficient in traffic guiding ability and the like are solved, manual patrol can be effectively replaced to handle traffic accidents nearby, and manpower is saved. Through combination of an artificial intelligence algorithm and multi-sensor fusion information, various violation behaviors such as vehicle speed, front and rear vehicle distances, violation lane change, emergency vehicle occupation and violation parking are identified, and a blind area which cannot be covered by fixed monitoring is effectively compensated. Through man-machine interaction,remote monitoring and parallel driving, unmanned local violation processing and road dispersion can be carried out, and manpower and police time are effectively saved.
