A novel aluminum alloy subway train body is characterized in that a train roof edge beam 1-1 is made of large-section aluminum alloy sections, beams and columns of a front end framework structure areformed by assembling and welding square steel, connectors of an end wall framework and end wall plates are fixedly connected in a welded mode to form a frame structure, and side wall window area sections are provided with grooves. The end underframe assembly and the buffer beam assembly adopt high-strength steel plate welded structures, the underframe edge beam, the first-position end beam, the second-position end beam and the floor assembly adopt large-section aluminum alloy sections, two ends of the vehicle body underframe are respectively provided with two energy-absorbing anti-creeping devices made of high-strength steel materials, and the underframe is provided with an energy-absorbing structure end underframe made of high-strength steel materials. The vehicle body meets the requirements of newly developed Shanghai No.6 and No.8 lines, and the structure of the vehicle body meets the performance requirements of strength, fatigue and the like.

    一种新型铝合金地铁车体,其特征在于:车顶边梁1‑1采用大断面铝合金型材,前端骨架结构的梁、柱采用方钢组焊而成,端墙骨架与端墙板的接口采用焊接固连,形成框架结构,侧墙窗区型材带有凹槽,端底架组成、缓冲梁组成采用高强钢板焊接结构,底架边梁、一位端梁、二位端梁、地板组成采用大断面铝合金型材,车体底架的两端分别设置了两个高强度钢材料的吸能防爬器,底架上设置高强度钢材料吸能结构端底架。本发明车体适应于新开发的上海6、8号线的要求,车体结构满足强度、疲劳等性能要求。
