The invention discloses an aluminum alloy train body end wall for a subway. The aluminum alloy train body end wall comprises an upper end wall wallboard, a left lower end wall wallboard, a right lower end wall wallboard, a main end wall crossbeam and upright end wall columns, wherein a plurality of horizontal reinforcing beams which are reversely deformed are correspondingly arranged on the left lower end wall wallboard and the right lower end wall wallboard and are arranged at intervals from top to bottom; the reverse deformation amount of the horizontal reinforcing beams is gradually decreased from the middle to two ends of the corresponding lower end wall wallboard. The invention further discloses a reverse deformation process of the train body end wall. The process comprises the following steps of firstly, assembling and welding the upper wallboard with the lower wallboards, and assembling and welding the main crossbeam with the two upright end wall columns; secondly, assembling and welding the reinforcing beams; finally, assembling the wallboards, and combining the wallboards with a door frame. According to the structure and the method, a conventional mode of reversely deforming the entire end wall is changed, the operation process is simple, and the controllability is high; the overall flatness can be controlled within 3mm, requirements on the flatness and the overall size can be met without adjustment and maintenance, and the production efficiency is improved.
