The invention provides a cross beam type hydrogen cylinder of a hydrogen energy automobile. The cross beam type hydrogen cylinder comprises a protective tank and a hydrogen cylinder limited in the protective tank; a protective layer is circumferentially arranged on the inner wall of the protective tank, a damping mechanism used for protecting one end of the hydrogen cylinder is arranged in one endof the protective tank, a tank door is hinged to the end, away from the damping mechanism, of the protective tank, and a sealing strip matched with the protective tank is circumferentially arranged on the tank door. An elastic abutting piece used for protecting the other end of the hydrogen cylinder is arranged at the circle center of the inner wall of the protective tank. According to the crossbeam type hydrogen cylinder, the hydrogen cylinder is placed in the protection pipe to be limited, so that the hydrogen cylinder is protected by the internal damping mechanism and the elastic pressingpiece of the protective tank, the problem that the hydrogen cylinder is damaged due to vibration and impact is solved, and the safety coefficient is increased.

    本发明提供了一种氢能汽车横梁式氢瓶,包括:防护罐以及限位在防护罐内部的氢瓶;防护罐的内壁周向设置有保护层,防护罐的一端内部设置有用于防护氢瓶一端的减震机构,防护罐远离减震机构的一端铰接有罐门,罐门上周向设置有与防护罐相配合的密封条,防护罐的内壁圆心处设置有用于防护氢瓶另一端的弹性抵压件。本发明中,通过将氢瓶置于防护管中进行限位,使防护罐的内部减震机构以及弹性抵压件将氢瓶进行保护,避免因振动以及撞击造成的氢瓶损坏的问题,提高安全系数。
