The invention discloses a hydrogen cylinder storage device applied to a hydrogen energy automobile. The device comprises a box body. Anti-collision plates are attached to the outer side walls of the periphery of the box body; the box body is made of heat insulation plates comprising an inner layer plate and an outer side plate which are arranged inside and outside; the space between the inner layer plate and the outer side plate is filled with heat insulation cotton. The box body comprises a bottom shell and a top cover covering the bottom shell in a matching mode; a plurality of bases are arranged in the bottom shell and are fixedly arranged in the bottom shell in a left-right spaced mode, containing grooves matching one side of a hydrogen cylinder in shape and size are formed in the bases in a concave mode, and arc-shaped clamping battens are fixed to the upper portions of the containing grooves. An anti-collision plate on the outer side of the box body can play an effective role inbuffering the sudden impacts and the damage degree of the hydrogen cylinder in the box body is reduced; the heat insulation plates enable the heat insulation cotton to be arranged between the inner layer plate and the outer side plate to form a fire wall, so that the influence of the external high-temperature environment on the hydrogen cylinder is effectively eliminated, and the driving safety ofthe hydrogen fuel automobile is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种应用于氢能源汽车的氢气瓶存放装置,包括箱体,在箱体四周的外侧壁均贴附有防撞板,箱体采用隔热板制成,隔热板包括呈内外设置的内层板和外侧板,在内层板和外侧板之间填充有隔热棉,箱体包括底壳、匹配盖于底壳上的顶盖,在底壳内设置有多个底座,多个底座呈左右间隔排列固定于底壳内,在底座上凹设有与氢气瓶一侧形状大小匹配的放置槽,在放置槽的上方固定有圆弧形的夹紧板条。箱体外侧的防撞板能够对这些突发性撞击起到有效的缓冲作用,减轻对箱体内部氢气瓶的破坏程度,隔热板通过在内层板和外侧板之间填充有隔热棉形成防火墙,能够有效的隔绝外界高温环境对氢气瓶的影响,保证氢燃料汽车行驶的安全性。
