The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted heat absorption and cooling self-circulation system. The system comprises an evaporation chamber, a micro turbine, a condenser and a water pump which are tightly connected in sequence. All the components form a closed circulating system through a fluid conduit, and a working medium flowing in the system is a refrigerant R134a. A working medium in the evaporation chamber exchanges heat with gas in a vehicle and absorbs heat to be evaporated into a gaseous working medium. The gaseous working medium is approximately expanded in an isentropic manner in themicro turbine. The expanded gaseous working medium enters the condenser for constant-pressure condensation, and is condensed into a liquid working medium. The liquid working medium enters the evaporation chamber for heat absorption evaporation after being pressurized by the water pump to form a cycle. In the whole circulation process, the micro turbine converts heat energy in the gaseous workingmedium into mechanical energy, the micro turbine rotates to do work to drive the micro generator to generate electricity, charge the power supply, a power supply supplies power to a motor, and the motor drags the water pump and the heat exchange fan to rotate. In the whole process, self-circulation can be achieved without an automobile engine or other energy sources; and the whole system is simplein structure, small in space occupation ratio and suitable for vehicle-mounted operation.

    本发明公布了一种车载吸热降温自循环系统,通过依次紧密相连的蒸发室、微型涡轮机、冷凝器、水泵。各个部件通过流体导管形成一个密闭的循环系统,系统内流动的工质为制冷剂R134a。蒸发室中的工质与汽车内部气体进行换热,吸热蒸发为气态工质。气态工质在微型涡轮内近似等熵膨胀。膨胀后的气态工质进入冷凝器进行定压冷凝,冷凝为液态的工质。液态的工质经过水泵增压后进入蒸发室中进行吸热蒸发,形成一个循环。在整个循环过程中,微型涡轮机将气态工质中的热能转化为机械能,微型涡轮机旋转做功,带动微型发电机发电,给电源充电,电源给电机供电,电机拖动水泵和换热风扇旋转。整个过程无需汽车发动机或者其它能量来源,即可实现自循环;并且整个系统结构简单,空间占比小,适用于车载。
