The elevator stall self-locking mechanism comprises a base, wherein a fixed frame is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the base, a rope wheel is rotationally connected to the interior of the fixed frame,a positioning rod is fixedly arranged on the front surface of the rope wheel, a pawl is rotationally connected to the front surface of the positioning rod, a pole-changing mechanism is movably connected to the front surface of the pawl, a ratchet wheel is fixedly arranged in the fixed frame, and a reset spring is fixedly arranged at one end, far away from the pawl, of the pole-changing mechanism.Compared with a structure in the prior art, the elevator stall self-locking mechanism utilizing the electromagnetic pole-changing principle is higher in reliability; and when an elevator works normally, the mechanism does not influence the normal use of the elevator, and when the elevator stalls and falls, the rope wheel is self-locked in time, so that the rope wheel is prevented from continuouslyfalling, the possible loss of property and personnel is avoided, the safety of passengers is greatly guaranteed, and the safety of the elevator is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及电梯安全保护装置技术领域,且公开了一种利用电磁变极原理的电梯失速自锁机构,包括底座,所述底座的上端固定安装有固定架,固定架的内部转动连接有绳轮,绳轮的正面固定安装有定位杆,定位杆的正面转动连接有棘爪,棘爪的正面活动连接有变极机构,固定架的内部固定安装有棘轮,变极机构远离棘爪的一端固定安装有复位弹簧。该利用电磁变极原理的电梯失速自锁机构,与现有的结构相比,可靠性更高;电梯在正常工作时机构不影响电梯的正常使用,当电梯出现失速下落时,及时将绳轮自锁,阻止其继续下落,避免了可能存在的财产和人员的损失,极大的保证了乘客的安全,大大提高了电梯的安全性。
