A double-acting pressure cylinder type buoyancy adjusting device of a bathyscaphe comprises a direct-current motor, a plunger pump, a coarse filter, an overflow valve, a three-position three-way electromagnetic valve, a double-acting pressure cylinder, a two-position two-way electromagnetic valve, an outer oil bag, an inner oil cylinder, a first one-way valve, a second one-way valve, a third one-way valve and a fourth one-way valve. The coarse filter is connected with the inner oil cylinder and the plunger pump, an oil outlet of the plunger pump is connected with a port P of the three-positionthree-way electromagnetic valve and an oil inlet of the overflow valve, and an oil outlet of the overflow valve is connected with the inner oil cylinder; a port T of the three-position three-way electromagnetic valve is connected with the inner oil cylinder, a port A of the three-position three-way electromagnetic valve is connected with an oil inlet of the first one-way valve and a first low-pressure cavity, and a port B of the three-position three-way electromagnetic valve is connected with an oil inlet of the second one-way valve and a second low-pressure cavity. A first high-pressure cavity is connected with the oil outlet of the first one-way valve and the oil inlet of the third one-way valve, and the second high-pressure cavity is connected with the oil outlet of the second one-wayvalve and the oil inlet of the fourth one-way valve. The oil outlets of the third one-way valve and the fourth one-way valve are connected with the outer oil bag; and the two-position two-way electromagnetic valve is connected with the outer oil bag and the inner oil cylinder. The energy consumption of a bathyscaphe can be reduced.
