The invention discloses a deep sea submersible continuous carbon fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composite pressure-resistant shell and a preparation method thereof.The shell is spherical, the inner diameter ranges from 1 m to 3 m, the thickness ranges from 50 mm to 200 mm, two hemispherical shells are connected through a flange, three round observation windows are formed in each spherical shell, the circle center of the main observation window is located at the lower portion of the middle section of the pressure-resistant spherical shell by 19 degrees, the diameter ranges from 150 mm to 350 mm, and the diameter of the main observation window ranges from 150 mm to 350 mm; the circle centers of the two auxiliary observation windows are respectively located at the left and right 48 degrees and the lower 19 degrees of the middle section, and the diameters of the two auxiliary observation windows are 50-250mm; the composite material is composed of continuous carbon fibers, an interface layer, SiC particles, SiC nanowires and an aluminum alloy matrix. The shell is made of the novel carbon fiber reinforced aluminum-based composite material, so that the weight of the shell is effectively reduced, and the volume-weight ratio of the shell is increased; through combined reinforcement of the carbon fibers, the SiC particles and the SiC nanowires, the compression/bending strength, the fatigue resistance and the corrosion resistance of the shell are remarkably improved. The surface of the spherical pressure-resistant shell is uniformly stressed, so that the spherical pressure-resistant shell has higher bearing capacity, and the stress is only half of that of a cylindrical shell.

    本发明公开了一种深海潜水器连续碳纤维增强铝基复合材料耐压壳体及其制备方法,所述壳体为球形,内径为1~3m,厚度为50~200mm,两个半球壳之间通过法兰连接,在球壳上开设3个圆形观察窗,主观察窗圆心位于耐压球壳中剖面偏下19°,直径为150~350mm,两个辅观察窗圆心分别在中剖面左右48°、偏下19°,直径为50~250mm;所述复合材料由连续碳纤维、界面层、SiC颗粒、SiC纳米线以及铝合金基体组成。本发明通过采用新型碳纤维增强铝基复合材料制作壳体,有效降低了壳体重量,提高了壳体容重比;通过碳纤维、SiC颗粒与SiC纳米线的联合增强,显著提高壳体的抗压/弯曲强度、抗疲劳性以及耐腐蚀性。球形耐压壳体表面受力均匀,有更高的承载能力,应力仅为圆柱壳体的一半。
