The invention relates to a telescopic leg assembly and an automobile crane. The telescopic leg assembly comprises a movable supporting leg and a supporting leg box, wherein the supporting leg box comprises an upper cover plate, a bottom plate and at least two vertical plates which are arranged in parallel at intervals; a supporting leg mounting hole allowing the movable supporting leg to stretch out and draw back in the front-back direction is defined by the upper cover plate, the vertical plates and the bottom plate; an extending limit position enabling a supporting leg beam to extend out ofthe supporting leg box by the maximum distance exists in the moving stroke of the movable supporting leg; the supporting leg box is provided with a limit position supporting leg lap joint part which is in lap joint with the movable supporting leg when the movable supporting leg is located at the extending limit position; each vertical plate is provided with an extending part extending downwards toprotrude out of the lower side face of the bottom plate; the extending parts are located on the limit position supporting leg lap joint part of the supporting leg box; a reinforcing piece used for improving the lap joint strength of the movable support leg and the supporting leg box is arranged between the extending parts of every two adjacent vertical plates; and the reinforcing piece is fixed to the bottom plate and is fixed to the extending parts on every two adjacent vertical plates. The stability of the automobile crane is enhanced by improving the rigidity of the bottom plate at the lapjoint position.
