The invention discloses a motor control circuit of an electric vehicle, a motor protection control method and the electric vehicle. The motor control circuit of the electric vehicle comprises a three-phase bridge circuit, the three-phase bridge circuit comprises a first switching tube to a twelfth switching tube, a first node, a second node, a third node, a direct current bus negative electrode and a direct current bus positive electrode; and the control unit is included and is connected with control ends of the first witching tube to the twelfth switching tube and controls the on and off of the first witching tube to the twelfth switching tube so that through the cooperative work of the three-phase bridge circuit and the control unit, when the electric vehicle is reversely dragged, a reverse electromotive force of the motor is in a controllable state. The motor controller can be prevented from being damaged by the reverse electromotive force of the motor, a reverse drag protection effect is achieved, energy can be recycled, and the reverse drag protection effect can also be achieved when power supply of the whole vehicle is abnormal or the motor controller breaks down.

    本发明公开了一种电动车辆的电机控制电路、电机保护控制方法及电动车辆,电动车辆的电机控制电路包括:三相桥式电路,三相桥式电路包括第一开关管至第十二开关管以及第一节点、第二节点、第三节点、直流母线负极和直流母线正极;控制单元,控制单元分别与第一开关管至第十二开关管的控制端相连并控制第一开关管至第十二开关管的关断和导通,由此,通过三相桥式电路和控制单元配合工作,在电动车辆被反拖时,电机的反向电动势处于可控状态,可以防止电机反向电动势对电机控制器造成损坏,起到反拖保护的作用,而且能量可以回收,并且整车供电异常或者电机控制器发生故障时,也可以起到反拖保护的作用。
