The invention belongs to the technical field of balance cranes, and particularly relates to an electric hydraulic power-assisted balance crane. The electric hydraulic power-assisted balance crane comprises a parallelogram connecting rod mechanism composed of a front arm, a large arm, a supporting arm and a connecting arm, the front arm can hook a heavy object, the parallelogram connecting rod mechanism is arranged on a bottom plate, and the bottom plate can be horizontally and rotationally arranged on a stand column; and the hinged point of the supporting arm and the connecting arm is connected with a piston rod of a transverse moving oil cylinder and can be driven by the transverse moving oil cylinder to move left and right, and the tail end of the large arm is connected with a piston rodof a lifting oil cylinder and can be driven by the lifting oil cylinder to ascend and descend. Through cooperation of the parallelogram connecting rod mechanism, the transverse moving oil cylinder and the lifting oil cylinder, lifting of the heavy object lifted by the front arm of the balance crane and moving of the horizontal position of the heavy object under the condition that the height of the heavy object is not changed are ingeniously completed. A balance weight and a hydraulic station are arranged on the bottom plate, no matter how the balance crane moves, the horizontal position and the angle of the bottom plate are not changed accordingly, stability is enhanced, and safety is improved.
