The invention discloses a winch hydraulic system based on moment balance and a crane. The system comprises an energy accumulator pressure supplementing system, and the energy accumulator pressure supplementing system comprises a hydraulic control one-way valve, an energy accumulator, a two-position two-way electromagnetic reversing valve, a force limiter and a pressure sensor; an outlet of the hydraulic control one-way valve is connected with the energy accumulator, and an inlet of the hydraulic control one-way valve is connected to an oil channel of the motor starting opening containing cavity between the motor starting opening B and the winch balance valve. The pressure sensor is connected with the pilot handle and the force limiter. The pressure sensor is used for collecting the pressure of the pilot handle and sending the pressure to the force limiter. The force limiter is connected with an electromagnetic coil of the two-position two-way electromagnetic directional valve, and the two-position two-way electromagnetic directional valve is connected with a control oil port of the hydraulic control one-way valve. The problems of pressure impact, vibration, abnormal sound and the like occurring in the heavy-load starting working condition of the hoisting mechanism can be solved, the heavy-load starting action smoothness of a hoisting system is improved, and the operation comfort is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于力矩平衡的卷扬液压系统及起重机,该系统包括蓄能器补压系统,所述蓄能器补压系统包括液控单向阀、蓄能器、两位两通电磁换向阀、力限器、压力传感器;所述液控单向阀的出口连接蓄能器,液控单向阀的进口连接在马达起口B和卷扬平衡阀之间的马达起口容腔的油道上;所述压力传感器与先导手柄、力限器分别连接,压力传感器用于采集先导手柄的压力并发送给力限器;所述力限器与两位两通电磁换向阀的电磁线圈连接,两位两通电磁换向阀与液控单向阀的控制油口连接。本发明能够解决卷扬机构重载启动工况出现的压力冲击、振动异响等问题,提升卷扬系统重载启动动作平顺性,提高操作舒适性。
