The invention provides an abalone-imitating sucker wall-climbing robot which comprises a front wheel part, a rear wheel part and a mechanical arm part used for connecting the front wheel part and therear wheel part; the front wheel part and the rear wheel part are each provided with an abalone-imitating sucker, and the mechanical arm part comprises a front mechanical arm and a rear mechanical armwhich are connected through a driven joint. The front mechanical arm is connected with the front wheel part through a driving joint, the rear mechanical arm is connected with the rear wheel part through a steering joint, and the included angle between the front mechanical arm and the rear mechanical arm ranges from 30 degrees to 150 degrees. The invention designs the wall-climbing robot combiningpermanent magnet adsorption and abalone-like suckers for special working environments, such as moisture, and obstacles possibly existing on a metal surface and a wall surface and the like, on a shipwall.

    本发明提供一种仿鲍鱼式吸盘爬壁机器人,包括前轮部分、后轮部分、用于连接前轮部分和后部分的机械臂部分,所述前轮部分和后轮部分均设置有仿鲍鱼式吸盘,机械臂部分包括通过从动关节连接的前机械臂和后机械臂,前机械臂与前轮部分、后机械臂与后轮部分均通过驱动关节和转向关节连接,前后机械臂之间的夹角在30°~150°之间。本发明针对船壁这一特殊的工作环境—潮湿、金属表面、壁面可能存在障碍物等—设计一种采用永磁吸附与仿鲍鱼式吸盘相结合的爬壁机器人。
