The invention provides an airplane hydraulic pulse sine wave test device which comprises a hydraulic power system (1), a servo valve (2), an actuator cylinder 1 (3), a displacement sensor (4), a connector (5), an actuator cylinder 2 (6), a buffer test piece (7), a pressure sensor P2 (8), a pressure sensor P1 (9), a stop valve (10), a pressurization oil tank (11), an isolation cylinder (12) and a gas cylinder (13); according to the test method using the test device, the sine waveform period and amplitude are accurately adjusted through servo control over the back-and-forth retraction and releasing speed and strokes of the actuator cylinder 1 (3) and the acutuator cylinder 2 (6). According to the test device and the test method, the pulse curve requirement of the buffer inlet in the buffer identification test can be met, and a foundation is laid for completing the identification test.
本发明提供一种飞机液压脉冲正弦波试验装置,包括有液压动力系统(1)、伺服阀(2)、作动筒1(3)、位移传感器(4)、连接器(5)、作动筒2(6)、缓冲器试验件(7)、压力传感器P2(8)、压力传感器P1(9)、截止阀(10)、增压油箱(11)、隔离缸(12)和气瓶(13);利用上述试验装置的试验方法,主要是通过伺服控制作动筒1(3)和作动筒2(6)来回收放速度及行程,精确调节正弦波形周期和幅值。该试验装置和试验方法能产生满足缓冲器鉴定试验中缓冲器入口的脉冲曲线要求,为完成鉴定试验奠定基础。
