The invention provides a brake test device and a brake test method for an airplane, and relates to the technical field of airplane brake tests, the brake test device comprises a brake disc, and one side of the brake disc is coaxially connected with a rotating shaft, a flywheel and a driving motor in sequence; the simulation wheel shaft is coaxially arranged on the other side of the brake disc, a brake device is arranged at the end, close to the brake disc, of the simulation wheel shaft and matched with the brake disc, and a torque sensor is connected to the end, away from the brake disc, of the simulation wheel shaft; the rotating speed sensor is used for detecting rotating speed of the rotating shaft; the problems that in the prior art, a brake test bed drives airplane wheels of an airplane to rotate in a friction mode, in the brake test process, due to the fact that part of brake energy is consumed by friction between tires and friction wheels, the performance of a brake device cannot be accurately evaluated, and the structure is complex are solved.

    本发明提供一种用于飞机的刹车试验装置及刹车试验方法,涉及飞机刹车试验技术领域,包括:刹车盘,刹车盘的一侧依次同轴连接有旋转轴、飞轮和驱动电机;模拟轮轴,模拟轮轴同轴设置在刹车盘的另一侧,模拟轮轴靠近刹车盘的一端设置有刹车装置,刹车装置与刹车盘相配合,模拟轮轴远离刹车盘的一端连接有扭矩传感器;转速传感器,用于检测旋转轴的转速;解决现有技术中的刹车试验台通过摩擦的方式带动飞机的机轮转动,在刹车试验过程中,因一部分刹车能量由轮胎与摩擦轮的摩擦消耗,故无法精确评估刹车装置的性能,并且结构复杂的问题。
