The invention discloses a motor control circuit for an electric vehicle and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle motor control. The motor control circuit comprises a motor, a VCU module, an IGBT module and a charging interface, wherein the IGBT module is electrically connected with the charging interface sequentially through the motor, the VCU module andthe charging interface. The IGBT module and the motor unit of the electric vehicle are fully utilized, so that the integration level of an electrical system of the electric vehicle is improved; the electric vehicle using the circuit does not need an external direct-current charging pile and can be directly charged through the alternating-current quick-charging pile, so that the energy damage of the direct-current quick-charging pile in the ACDC conversion process and the cost of a power device are reduced; meanwhile, the V2G technology is achieved, the electric vehicle can be charged and discharged in an off-peak mode for the power grid, when charging is not needed, the electric quantity can be sold to the power grid all the time through the vehicle electricity utilization wave crest, economic benefits are obtained, when the electricity utilization wave trough is low in price, the whole vehicle is charged, and the electricity utilization cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种用于电动车的电机控制电路及其控制方法,涉及电动车电机控制技术领域。本发明包括电机、VCU模块、IGBT模块和充电接口,IGBT模块依次通过电机、VCU模块和充电接口电性连接。本发明将电动车的IGBT模块和电机单元充分利用,使电动车的电气系统集成度提高;使用本法的电路的电动车无需外部直流充电桩,能够通过交流快充桩直接充电,降低直流快充桩在ACDC转换过程中的能量损害和功率器件的成本;同时,本发明也实现了V2G技术,让电动车能够针对电网进行错峰充放电,不需要充电时,可以实现车用电波峰时刻向电网销售电量取得经济效益,用电波谷廉价电价时,给整车充电,节约用电费用。
