The invention relates to the technical field of vibration and noise reduction, in particular to a combined type buffering stop plate mechanism. The mechanism comprises a stop plate and a resistance reducing plate vibration reduction unit, the stop plate comprises a stop plate main body and a rubber buffering block; the rubber buffering block is inserted into the stop plate main body through a T-shaped connecting plate to be fixed, and the top surface of the rubber buffering block protrudes out of the inclined surface of the stop plate main body; a cavity structure is arranged in the rubber buffering block, and a damping unit capable of buffering vibration impact of a resistance reducing plate is arranged in the cavity; the damping unit comprises a plurality of supporting friction modules and a plurality of clamping friction modules; each supporting friction module generates a first friction force in the direction opposite to an impact force of the resistance reducing plate, and each clamping friction module generates a second friction force in the direction opposite to the impact force of the resistance reducing plate; and the resistance reducing plate vibration reduction unit is arranged at the position, corresponding to the rubber buffering block, of the resistance reducing plate. According to the mechanism, no cooperation of other components in an aircraft is needed in a noise reduction process.
