The invention discloses a counterweight sliding control system in the field of counterweights. The system comprises a mounting area for storing a counterweight, a left-right oil hydraulic cylinder anda front-back oil hydraulic cylinder are fixed in the mounting area, and displacement sensors connected with a controller are uniformly distributed on the edge side of the mounting area to form a plane coordinate system. An air bag is fixed to the outer side of the counterweight, an air pump and an air storage tank are fixed above the counterweight, the air pump is connected with the air bag, anda speed sensor and a displacement sensor are further arranged on the counterweight and connected with the controller. The counterweight is controlled by the left-right oil hydraulic cylinder or the front-back oil hydraulic cylinder to move in the mounting area, and the air pump is controlled by the controller in advance according to the distance and time between the coordinate points of the counterweight and the pre-arrival coordinate points to inflate the air bag with air. According to the system, the speed generated when the counterweight arrives at the pre-arrival position and the collisionwith a frame can be reduced.

    本发明公开了平衡重领域的一种平衡重滑移控制系统,包括存放平衡重的安装区域,安装区域内部固定有左右油压缸及前后油压缸,安装区域的边缘侧均匀分布有与控制器连接的位移传感器,并构成平面坐标系;平衡重外侧固定有气囊且上方固定有气泵及储气罐,气泵与气囊连接,平衡重上还设有速度传感器、位移传感器并均与控制器连接;平衡重通过左右油压缸或前后油压缸控制在安装区域内部移动,并根据平衡重的坐标点与预到达坐标点的距离、时间大小,通过控制器提前控制气泵朝向气囊充气。本发明能够减缓平衡重到达预到达位置时的速度以及与车架的冲撞。
