The invention discloses a sliding type counterweight eccentric hoisting method which comprises the following steps: firstly, mounting a rail and hoisting equipment at a place needing to be hoisted, reinforcing two sides of the rail, connecting the bottom of the hoisting equipment with the rail, and assembling and debugging; the two sides of the balance weight eccentric block are clamped and fixed through the clamping mechanism, the balance weight eccentric block is placed at the proper position, the bottom of the balance weight eccentric block is in a suspended state, the hoisting equipment is moved to one side of the balance weight eccentric block, and the hoisting assembly is connected with the balance weight eccentric block. The clamping mechanisms are additionally arranged on the two sides of the balance weight eccentric block, it can be guaranteed that the eccentric block cannot incline and shake in the hoisting movement process, the sliding mechanism at the bottom can horizontally move along the track, in addition, the overall height can be adjusted according to the hoisting space, limitation of the space is avoided, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. And therefore, the hoisting and moving efficiency of the counterweight eccentric block is effectively improved, and the mounting time is saved.

    本发明公开了一种滑动式配重偏心吊装方法,首先在需要吊装的地方安装轨道和吊装设备,并对轨道的两侧进行加固,将吊装设备的底部与轨道之间相连接,并进行组装调试;利用夹持机构将配重偏心块的两侧进行夹持固定,并将其在合适位置进行放置,使配重偏心块的底部处于悬空状态,将上述的吊装设备移动至配重偏心块的一侧,并将吊装组件与配重偏心块相连接。本发明通过在配重偏心块的两侧增加夹持机构能保证偏心块在吊装移动时不会产生倾斜晃动,而且底部的滑动机构可沿着轨道水平移动,另外还能根据吊装空间对整体高度进行调节,不会受到空间的限制,进而有效的提高了对配重偏心块的吊装移动效率,节省了安装时间。
