A method of performing mechanical transformation on the lifting appliance upper frame pulley assembly structures is adopted, and the uneven stress condition of four hanging ropes of a winding drum is improved by adjusting the lengths of annular sleeves on main shafts on the two sides of the upper frame pulleys, so that the influence of reciprocating torsion in the descending or lifting process of a lifting appliance is inhibited, the torsion amplitude is reduced to a range in which a box can be normally landed, and the interference of thereciprocating torsion phenomenon of the lifting appliance on the container stacking operation process is eliminated.
