The invention discloses a container portal crane sling anti-swing mechanism which comprises a main beam and an anti-swing suspension, the anti-swing suspension is fixedly connected with the main beam through four supporting columns arranged in a rectangular array above the anti-swing suspension, an anti-swing telescopic rod is rotationally arranged on each supporting column, an anti-swing ring is fixedly arranged at the extending end of each anti-swing telescopic rod, and finally, the anti-swing ring is fixedly connected with the anti-swing telescopic rod. The pay-off assembly is arranged on the main beam, and the anti-swing telescopic rod can stretch and retract freely, so that the anti-swing mechanism can act on containers with different lengths and different widths, and it is guaranteed that the containers do not swing or shake in the hoisting process.
