The system is composed of a first control valve, a second control valve, a third control valve, a fourth control valve, a fifth control valve, a sixth control valve, a seventh control valve, a transfer pump, a pressure oil filling port cover, a one-way valve, a booster pump, a pressure oil filling control valve, a first fuel tank, a second fuel tank, a first external oil tank and a second external oil tank. A set of pipeline is used for achieving the functions offuel oil transfer, pressure refueling and external oil tank oil transportation.
