The main bag and the auxiliary bag are connected in an embedded structure. The overturn-preventing front drawstring and the overturn-preventing rear drawstring are positioned at the uppermost end of the buoy; the front upper pull belt, the rear upper pull belt, the front lower pull belt, the rear lower pull belt and the front pull belt are positioned on the inner side of the auxiliary bag; the overturn-preventing front pull belt, the overturn-preventing rear pull belt, the front upper pull belt, the rear upper pull belt, the front lower pull belt, the rear lower pull belt and the front pull belt are connected to the fuselage structure. Enough buoyancy is provided to ensure that the helicopter hasenough lateral restoring moment, and lateral overturning of the helicopter is prevented.
