The invention discloses a floating air ball height adjusting device which comprises a machine body, a wing part and a control part; the machine body is connected with a floating air ball through a connecting rod. The wing part is movably connected with the machine body and can rotate or be locked around the axis in the horizontal direction; the control part is arranged in the machine body and usedfor controlling the wing part to rotate or be locked according to the height position information of the floating air ball; the wing part comprises at least one group of wings which are symmetricallyarranged, each wing is provided with a first surface and a second surface, and the surface shapes of the first surface and the second surface are different. The invention further discloses a floatingair ball system; the floating air ball system comprises the floating air ball and the floating air ball height adjusting device, and the floating air ball height adjusting device is connected with aball handle of the floating air ball through the connecting rod. The height of the floating air ball can be adjusted in the upward direction and the downward direction.
