The invention provides an automatic torque adjusting device for an air floating ball bearing, which comprises a contact head, a six-dimensional force sensor and a linear driving part, one end of the contact head is provided with an arc-shaped groove, the arc-shaped groove is matched with the peripheral contour of an air floating ball body, the other end of the contact head is provided with the six-dimensional force sensor, and the linear driving part is connected with the six-dimensional force sensor. One end of the six-dimensional force sensor is fixedly connected to the linear driving part, and the linear driving part is fixedly connected to a fixed position or a to-be-detected spacecraft simulator. According to the automatic torque adjusting device for the air floating ball bearing, two-degree-of-freedom translation and three-degree-of-freedom rotation are achieved through the air floating technology, and follow-up and lifting in the one-degree-of-freedom direction are achieved through a hydraulic balance method; a linear driving part is adopted to apply torque to the air floating ball bearing, so that the air floating ball bearing is autonomous and controllable, and the problem that the attitude needs to be controlled by cold air thrust in full-physical simulation of a three-axis simulator is solved; the function that the torque of the air floating ball bearing can be measured and adjusted is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种用于气浮球轴承的自动调节力矩装置,包括接触头、六维力传感器和直线驱动部件,接触头的一端设有弧形凹槽,且弧形凹槽与气浮球体的外围轮廓相适应,接触头的另一端安装六维力传感器,六维力传感器的一端固定连接至直线驱动部件,直线驱动部件固定连接至固定位置或待检测航天器模拟器。本发明所述的一种用于气浮球轴承的自动调节力矩装置,采用气浮技术实现两个自由度平动和三个自由度转动,采用液力平衡方法实现一个自由度方向的随动和升降;采用直线驱动部件给气浮球轴承施加力矩,使得自主可控,替代了三轴模拟器全物理仿真中需要冷气推力控制姿态的问题;实现了气浮球轴承的力矩可测可调的功能。
