The nozzle mode of a high-pressure air gun is controlled through an electromagnet and an electromagnetic valve, high-pressure pulsating bubbles in two different states are generated, the generated high-pressure pulsating bubbles can expand, contract and collapse under the internal and external pressure difference, water jet, shock waves and other phenomena can be formed in the process, and the generated huge energy can be applied to the field of icebreakingor submarine resource exploration. High-pressure pulsating bubbles are generated through two generation modes, the first mode is that high-pressure gas is annularly sprayed out from the side face ofthe device through the electromagnet, and the second mode is that a trigger electromagnetic ball valve is controlled to achieve spraying out of a circular nozzle in the top of the high-pressure gas. The device can be used for underwater seabed resource exploration, underwater high-pressure pulsating bubble icebreaking and other working conditions.
