The invention discloses a shock-resistant automotive suspension. The automotive suspension comprises a round-rod-shaped cross beam, and further comprises: spring frames fixed to the lower side of thecross beam. first damping seats hinged to one ends of the spring frames; second damping seats hinged to the other ends of the spring frames; a connecting rod fixed between the two first damping seats;a connecting seat fixed to the side walls of the first damping seats and telescopic cylinders, wherein one ends of the telescopic cylinders are pivoted to the connecting seat, and the other ends arefixed on the cross beam. Each first damping seat comprises a shell, and further comprises: a supporting plate, wherein the supporting plate is fixed to the middle of the inner cavity of the shell, andthe inner cavity of the shell is divided into a buffer chamber and an adjusting chamber by the supporting plate; a first spring plate arranged at the top of the inner cavity of the shell; a buffer seat arranged in the buffer chamber; and a fixing frame fixed in the adjusting chamber. Each second damping seat comprises a barrel, and further comprises: a first damping assembly, a first damping assembly fixed in the barrel; a reinforcing seat fixed at the bottom end of the barrel; and a base arranged at the end, deviating from the barrel, of the reinforcing base.
