The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle booster rocket thrust line and gravity center deviation measuring device and method,the measuring device is connected with an unmanned aerial vehicle and comprises a supporting part and a measuring part, and the supporting part comprises a first supporting frame and a second supporting frame; the measuring part comprises a first measuring mechanism and a second measuring mechanism, the first measuring mechanism is installed on the first supporting frame and connected with a supporting connector of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the second measuring mechanism is installed on the lower portion of the thrust cone, the thrust cone is in an outer cone shape, and a base flange connected with a belly of the unmanned aerial vehicle is arranged on the bottom face of the thrust cone. A kidney-shaped hole used for fixing is formed in the base flange, and the other end of the thrust cone is rotationally connected with the second supporting frame. The device is particularly suitable for the unmanned aerial vehicle which is large in size and weight and inconvenient to overturn, and the distance between the gravity center of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the thrust line can be conveniently measured without overturning during actual measurement.
