The invention provides a rocket launching unmanned aerial vehicle thrust line self-adaptive gravity center matching method and device. A connection mode between a thrust cone and an unmanned aerial vehicle is changed; the thrust cone is connected with a connecting angle sheet on the unmanned aerial vehicle through a thrust shaft; and during a hoisting process, the thrust cone rotates relative to the unmanned aerial vehicle along the thrust shaft, the position of the thrust line is changed accordingly, when the thrust line is adjusted in place, pins are inserted into the closest hole sites distributed in different parts of the thrust cone and the unmanned aerial vehicle connecting angle sheet for positioning, and finally a self-adaptive gravity center matching task of the thrust line is completed in the mode that screws are used for tightening and fixing the position of the thrust cone. By means of the arrangement, a traditional mode that a gravity center position of the unmanned aerialvehicle is measured firstly is changed, operation steps are simplified, and thrust line adjusting efficiency is improved; the thrust cone is connected with the connecting angle sheet through a shaft,a shaft structure is good in bearing capacity, uniform in stress, simple and compact in structure and small in occupied space; and the position of the thrust line is adjusted in a graded mode throughthe positioning holes in the two sides, operation is convenient, and good feasibility is achieved.

    本发明提出了一种火箭发射无人机推力线自适应匹配重心的方法及装置,通过改变推力锥与无人机之间的连接方式,推力锥与无人机上连接角片通过推力轴连接,在起吊过程中,推力锥沿着推力轴相对于无人机转动,推力线位置随之改变,调整到位时,通过分布在推力锥和无人机连接角片上不同部位最接近的孔位,插入销钉定位,最后用螺钉拧紧固定推力锥位置的方式完成推力线的自适应匹配重心任务。本发明通过上述设置改变了传统方式先测量无人机重心位置,简化了操作步骤,提高了推力线调整效率;推力锥与连接角片之间采用轴连接,轴结构承力好,受力均匀,结构简单紧凑占用空间小;两侧定位孔,分级调整推力线位置,操作方便,具备较好的可实施性。
