The invention provides a material transportation forklift robot. The material transportation forklift robot comprises a machine body, a fork body, a fork plate and a walking device, wherein the fork body is fixedly connected with the machine body; the fork plate extends in the direction opposite to the machine body in the first direction to form a long shape; the fork plate is arranged on the forkbody in a lifting manner; and the walking device is arranged in the machine body. The material transportation forklift robot further comprises a linear telescopic drive unit and connecting rods, wherein the two extending ends of each connecting rod are rotationally connected to the fork body and the fork plate correspondingly; at least two connecting rods sequentially arranged in the first direction are arranged between the fork body and the fork plate; and the two extending ends of the linear telescopic drive unit are rotationally connected to the machine body and the fork plate correspondingly. The linear telescopic drive unit is directly connected with the fork plate, the linear telescopic drive unit contracts and extends outwards so that ascending or descending of the fork plate can be achieved, only the connecting rods are arranged between the fork body and the fork plate, other linkage structures are not needed, and therefore the connecting rods larger in size can be selected for use so that the bearing capability can be improved. In addition, only the connecting rods are arranged between the fork body and the fork plate, the assembling difficulty can be effectively lowered,and the production efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供的物料运输叉车机器人包括机体、叉体、叉板和行走装置,叉体与机体固定连接,叉板沿第一方向背向机体延伸成长形,叉板可升降地设置在叉体上,行走装置设置在机体中;物料运输叉车机器人还包括直线伸缩驱动单元和连杆;连杆的延伸两端分别转动连接在叉体与叉板上,叉体与叉板之间至少设置有沿第一方向依次布置的两根连杆;直线伸缩驱动单元的延伸两端分别转动连接在机体与叉板上。直线伸缩驱动单元与叉板直接相连,直线伸缩驱动单元收缩和外伸可实现叉板的上升或下降,叉体与叉板之间仅设置连杆而无其他联动结构,因此可选用尺寸更大的连杆以提高承载能力。另外,叉体与叉板仅设置连杆能有效降低装配难度,提高生产效率。
