The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile chassis, and particularly relates to a rear auxiliary frame and an automobile. A left toe-in bracket of the rear auxiliary frame is connectedwith the lower part of the left end of a front cross beam and the lower part of the front end of a left longitudinal beam; a right toe-in bracket is connected with the lower part of the right end ofthe front cross beam and the lower part of the front end of a right longitudinal beam; a left lower swing arm bracket is connected with the left end lower part of a rear cross beam and the rear end lower part of the left longitudinal beam; a right lower swing arm bracket is connected with the right end lower part of the rear cross beam and the rear end lower part of the right longitudinal beam; the left toe-in bracket and the left lower swing arm bracket are connected by a left connecting bracket; and the right toe-in bracket and the right lower swing arm bracket are connected by a right connecting bracket. The structural mode and performance of the rear auxiliary frame are improved while the durability and comfort of the whole automobile are met, the light weight target is achieved, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
